♥ Planning the grand (re)opening!

♥ A dining and art venture in a home in Clapton E5.
At the (re)opening night we will be serving mouthwatering east African fusion dishes in an arty atmosphere.
This venture will be co-hosted with our other events and exhibition program, Front Projects.

The Claptonian Arts Club is part restaurant and part art gallery.
There are only 20 seats so make your booking by email theclaptonian@gmail.com

£30/pp by donation (bring your own bottle)
Recommended wines for each evening will be emailed to you when reservations are made.

    The menu is still under construction but will be posted soon.

    The variations of East African cooking are plentiful, because of the regions ethnic and religious influences and the East African's contact with Arabs from the Horn of Africa and the Arabian world, the Portuguese, Indians,Persian's, the Italian and the French.

    So don't be surprised if you find coconut milk, ricotta cheese or even pomegranate juice in any of the dishes.

    Sorry you will miss the first one, it all happened very quickly. The next one will be a scandinavian brunch on sunday 6th of December I believe. Smorgasbord,gravad lax and all.
    It's not all set but will be in the next few days. Will post all about it here ♥
